Hi Scott, all...

 

I'm enjoying the sunshine!  Just got back from a vacation to celebrate our 32 anniversary.  I can't believe it's been that long!  I don't even feel that old...how can we be married 32 years!  We went to Traverse City and Petoskey.  It was wonderful!

 

I'm getting ready for the A.I.M. fundraiser, St. Michael's Mall.  It is on Saturday, November 17th.  I sure hope we make some money there.  I wish we could have more member participation in the fundraisers.  I'm not complaining,  just wondering if anyone knows why so few people participate?  The money that is made at these fundraisers goes to keeping A.I.M. going.  A.I.M. has benefited all of us in so many ways, we should all support A.I.M. when there is a chance.

 

I'm hoping everyone will consider donating an item or two, it is not too late.  Just drop them off at the A.I.M. office or take the items to your meeting and give them to your facilitator.  You don't have to spend a lot of money...you can pick up a few items at the dollar store or donate something you have around the house you are not using...books (children's or adults's), toys, nicknacks, Christmas items, costume jewelry, candles, etc.  Anything at all, as long as it is new or "gently used"!!!  Please no clothing items.

 

I am sending out a challenge to everyone to donate at least one or more items...Board members, A.I.M. members, people who use this site, everyone please donate something!  You know the money will be put to good use!!!
