I had my 30 week pregnancy checkup today. My fiance Charles had to
drop me off at the hospital and leave. I was so panicky. I had to
go on the elevator all alone and handle my appointment by myself. I
had several bad panic attacks. I just pushed on and did it.

It got hard because the doctor got concerned about something. I have
not gained any weight during this pregnancy. I have gotten bigger,
way bigger. In fact, I am huge. He wanted to be sure that Paige
was growing okay, so he sent me in for an ultrasound. Of course I
was alone ans panicking that something would go wrong. I asked if I
could go down and check the parking lot and see if Charles was
waiting. I knew he would not want to miss the ultrasound. We were
not expecting to get any more. After a few minutes I found him, I
was so nervous. We went up for the test.

It was so exciting. She looked so precious, it was hard to make her
all out but we could figure out some of her. She is still a girl.
They are sure of it. What a relief. I am so happy. Well anyway,
the average 30 week old baby weighs about 3 lbs. Paige weighs 4
lbs. 4 WOW!! She is huge for her age. The doctor was so pleased.
He said she is growing beautifully, very healthy. Charles and I were
so relieved. We got some cool pictures too. The doc says if she
continues to grow at this rate she will probably weigh 8 or 9 lbs. at
birth. Ouch!! hehe

I had a good doctor visit and I handled some rough panic attacks. I
did exposure today. I am so proud of myself.
