I am doing ok I guess(thank you for asking)! Glad you are well:o)!
I'm having pretty high anxiety over the past few day's and sleeping alot!(I
know the next step) kinda scary, when you try to fight off the depression!!!
But hanging in there..
I am in-between Pysc. Doc's so I'm not on any med's now, I stopped them on
purpose; The 1st
Psyc. I saw told me "you might have to be medicated forever", It stuck to me!!
I want to prove
him wrong but on the other hand I'm to a point where I am stuck inside again
from anxiety!
But I have a dr's appt. next week (I hope can make it)!!!
