I have an image book filled with all kinds of different things that help motivate me to reach my goals. Some of them are pictures of people sleeping peacefully (I had a rough time sleeping when I first experienced my panic and anxiety). I have lots of pictures of people driving on the expressway. I am still trying to get comfortable merging onto the e-way. I am doing it, but not quite comfortable with it yet.
I also have a lot of words cut out of magazines in my Image Book. Peace, Smiles, Togetherness, Relaxation and Calm are just a few.
I have a spiral tablet that contains a few of my goals, some affirmations and some pictures and words cut out of magazaines. I take this with me everywhere. I call it my "mini tool book".
