In this new book, Emoto shows us how water carries the knowledge of all the places it has journeyed. As we are about 70% water it is not a far stretch to see that we too are affected by the water within and without. Return to Bliss The search for happiness is ultimately and simply a search for self. You can go searching for it in distant lands, but you'll only find it in the palm of your hand. Think back far enough in your life and you'll probably remember a time when you felt innocent bliss. Your life had meaning and you were so busy living that time was forgotten. Then adulthood set in and you put those things away and locked the door Perhaps you have even forgotten where you put the key. But, those happy feelings are not gone for good. With a little effort, you can open the door and take out those things that you thought were forever a part of your past. When you are true to your self and search for what you really want to be and do, your life will once again begin to flow. In your job, in your play and in your love, you need to return to the starting point to find the bliss. When you do this, you will soon realize that your life has changed. You'll first feel a renewed sense of heath and well-being. This is because the bliss within you will purify the water that flows through your body. You have the right to these. However, it is wise to consider their effect. When you automatically follow these habits and disregard the consequences, you fuel these negative projections with more negative energy. This increases your negative mood and attitude, lowers your frequency and weakens your body. These consequences alone are undesirable. But more importantly, you tune your brain function to that frequency state. This means that you can think only in accordance with the capacity and limitation of the state of that frequency. And you can be sure it won't deliver wisdom! When our example person Jo is triggered, she habitually slips into apathetic withdrawal and despair, This passive state weakens her will, nervous system, brain and body. While she is triggered, her thinking reflects apathy and despair: "I don't care. Why should I bother? Who even cares about me? Nobody ever does. Nothing I do matters anyway. Nothing I do turns out well. I give up." Through this thinking, Jo condemns herself to this state, until it wears off, she forces a change, or something unexpectedly intervenes. Her negative state subtly influences the people around her and she attracts that which mirrors her state. In effect, she is saying, "This is my reality of choice," and hence, the Law of Attraction responds accordingly. The intensity of each emotion sends out a call for another. Circumstances begin building to trigger the moment of Jo's next episode of despair. This holds her in a life of recurrent swings that range from apathy and despair, to the highest state to which she can arise, however brief. If Jo knows that she is being triggered, Click – there I've shifted into apathy and dispare, she can immediately choose to shift her perception and emotion to a higher frequency; outrage, for example. However, she would not direct outrage toward others or herself, but towards the low frequency habit of despair. Though outrage is not an especially favorable state, sometimes it can be a valid, temporary response. Jo can initially use outrage to counteract the effect of despair. It will energize her brain. Click – shift into outrage - before her life engine stalls into a despair-weakened state. The higher frequency and active state of outrage will shift her brain to an active function. This supports her to choose the wisest course of action. If she maintains this active state, she is supported to follow through. As she achieves positive results, she is energized, and her outrage will shift to higher states, such as courage, willingness, reason and acceptance. When this happens, she could be thinking, "I won't allow this anymore. I care about myself and I deserve a good life. I intend to have one. I will find the positive emotions” - Click we're moving now down a better road in life. You can use the negative energy of your triggered moments to fuel positive intention. If you have been dwelling a passive state, and become triggered, you can use the energy of emotions such as outrage, defiance, fear or anger to shift yourself into an active state. It's easy. As you feel the emotion, and you actively notice the emotion (Click) decide the state you would prefer to intend, visualize it in a clear, positive vision, and feel its validity even if at that moment your reality does not match your feeling state. Hold on. It will. Your emotional energy then raises your state, activates this intention, and calls on the Law of Attraction to bring you experiences that are energetically aligned with your intention. You must partner this Law by taking progressive action. And remember to be patient for the results to manifest. Those results mostly involve specific people. They might be on vacation, or be buried in too many projects at once. Hold your intention. You have called on the Law, and it will comply. Likewise, if you are usually an active person and are triggered and feel active emotions, you can calm yourself by immediately focusing on your breathing to center yourself. When you are triggered, smile joy. Spin all the perspectives of the situation to find a perspective that feels good. And be bold about it! Just march that smile right out there, and beaming, demand your right to happiness. (No one even needs to know what you are doing!) You have as much right to joy and bliss as you do to anger and pain. Now, suddenly you become aware of the emotions as they occur throughout the day, and you will feel something has changed: a gear inside has fallen into place -- you can feel the click. Your inner being has relaxed. You recognize that emotion and you know what to do. ______________________________________________________________________ Yes I do this all the time.
