The Bashar material is reportedly material channeled by an extraterrestrial. Now, before you stop reading Bashar is not some strange alien with whom we cannot relate. On the contrary, the material rings of information being provided by many enlightened beings across the centuries and that align perfectly with the likes of Tolle, Dyer, Buddha, Christ and the cast and crew of “What the Bleep“. It’s a book of love and will help those who wish to evolve an exciting look at one possibility of the future. …society has taught you that “seeing is believing“ whereas it is actually “believing is seeing. That is how it works. Now, your belief could be subconscious, so that by the time you see the manifestation of it, you think :“Oh, it is the seeing of this idea that has created the belief within me“. And, so you are looking to see things that will generate in you the beliefs you thing you want. But the only way you see those things to begin with is to already have the belief that you will see them. Everything is energy; everything vibrates at different frequencies. The only reason one thing is different from another thing is because there are energies and frequencies which are different rates, different pitches than other frequencies. But, do stop looking outside yourselves for the things that will allow you to be who you want to be. Be them – because you are the idea you imagine you can be. Act like you are what you imagine you want to be and you will be it. It tends to respond to our outlook, to shape itself to meet our expectations." Have you ever noticed that as soon as you decide on a car you want to buy that all of a sudden that car is everywhere and even in the color you imagined. This is the universe bringing your thoughts to you. As you think on all of the things that could go wrong with what you are afraid of the universe will provide you with just the proof you need to validate your fear. How could it not, you have called that truth to you with your thoughts But, you say, these things have happened to other people. My fear is real. I’m not saying not to feel the fear. Feel it, notice it, acknowledge it and then, do it anyway. Even if the “doing“ is only in your imagination. The more you live with a lack of fear, the less reasons to fear will enter your life. How are you different than fearless people. "You can be what you want to be no matter what your dream is, if you are willing to let your imagination do it. You will become what you desire. Eventually things will start to seem illusionary and you will begin to wonder what is the true nature of the reality of an event when it happens. Reality is just what you perceive it to be. So if you've read eyewitness reports of some incidents you begin to see that what many people see is far more about who they are how they feel before they saw it than it is about what they saw at that moment The basis from which you observe something is much more important than the event that you are observing, and so the 'reality' of any event is really a variable. Your mind, you see, is not in your brain. Your brain is a physical thing. You have just learned that all physical things are, in essence, pure holographic energy. So, just feel the fear and imagine it away and all the steps necessary to make you imagination your reality will come to you. __________________________________________________________________________ The Enthusiasm Virus by Amanda Gore "What I do best is share my enthusiasm." This quote from Bill Gates, the co founder of Microsoft is worth making a life philosophy. After all folks, lets face it, this man is one of the richest in the world. He has had a greater influence on business and communication than any one else - ever. He has changed the whole paradigm of work and how we do business. He even seems to have a successful home life! I believe excitement 'jumps'! If someone is excited and enthusiastic and passionate about something, they 'infect' those around them with the virus! Of course, some people are more susceptible to the enthusiasm virus. Jan Campion, the New Zealand film director and producer is quoted as saying "If anyone said "Let's do the washing up" really enthusiastically, I would leap up with great excitement!". I love that approach to life! Why choose to be someone - or hang around anyone - who dampens enthusiasm? A wet blanket who puts out the fire of life? Make a decision to be enthusiastic about most things! Every task you do, do it with energy and vitality. Even if it's vacuuming the floor! Do something to generate the enthusiasm if you don't have it - tell yourself great things about the importance of what you are doing; the contribution you are making; find some reason to recognize the significance of every minute of your life. Even if it's only that you'll never have that minute of your life again! Be enthusiastic about ideas and jobs and people. About their potential - it's the most potent way to create an environment in which someone can be their best. Think about how we treat toddlers. When we want them to learn something, we are enthusiastic - we cheer and clap every time they take a step - we don't begin a tirade of abuse over their stupidity. We encourage vigorously - my definition of enthusiasm! How would a sports team perform at the grand final if everybody sat there and yawned? The cheering from the crowd inspires them to play their best. Being at a game or grand final is much more fun than watching it on TV because we get caught up in the enthusiasm of the crowd - it's like electricity that sets us tingling. Enthusiasm is catching - it jumps from person to person. Try waking up enthusiastic about life. Open your eyes and grin - Ok, fake it till you make it! Find something in your day to look forward to - even if it's only your shower! Greet people enthusiastically - instead of a boring 'hi, how are you' in a flat voice. Imagine you are in a really great mood and use that tone of voice to ask people 'what's the best thing that's happened to you today?'! When you have to complete a task that you have up till now, found tedious, become enthusiastic about finishing it! You'll be amazed at how much more quickly the time passes. If you're the sort of person who is convinced that there is nothing in your life over which to be enthusiastic, you'd better get off your bum and find something about which you can become passionate! If you need to inspire people - whether as a manager or a parent - be enthusiastic. Nothing inspires people to achieve or do things or be different than someone else's encouragement and enthusiasm - or passionate belief (another synonym for enthusiasm) -that they can make the change; and do it well. If sharing your enthusiasm can build a company like Microsoft and make Bill Gates the richest man in the world, think what you could build in your own family!
