To become a good mind-body-spirit cultivator one needs the guidance of good teachers. When good teachers are not around, we can learn from each other by sharing and exchange. Yang Sheng will serve as a platform for our exchange and beyond, and enlighten more people to search for health, happiness and harmony within.
