In theory you don't need fish oil as you can convert omega 3 LNA from
flax to DHA and EPA. Studies show people struggle to do this, especially
men. Vegetarians and Vegans (and meat eaters) now have a sustainable
alternative to fish. Vegan EPA and DHA from Algae.
