i bassicaly joined here to know about fitness n exersises.. to reduce
my tummy..the thing is people tell me that crunches and situps will
make our muscels stronger and will make it even worst, and ive been
advised to run. So with all difrent sugestion makin me to gain nothing
but leeding to worst confusions
