What inspires or motivate you to work out? Do you get support from your
friends and family? Do you have a personal trainer? Do you have a
favorite tv show? Do you read articles, blogs, etc about how well
others do and their successes? Or are you able to inspire or motivate
yourself and what do you do? Why and how do these inspire and motivate
you? Please tell us.
I have favorite fitness reality shows that I enjoy watching. One is
Work Out (http://www.bravotv.com/Work_Out//index.shtml) and the other
is The Biggest Loser (http://www.bravotv.com/Work_Out//index.shtml). I
like getting exercise ideas from these shows to incorporate into my
work outs. Also, although I'm not a big person, but if a big person can
be dedicated and work out, so can I.
I also get the support of friends which helps, although it would be
nice to actually work out with someone.
