I guess replying from the web site is the way to go. I wrote all kinds
of stuff as a reply from my digest email. I'm almost too busy to even
keep track, pathetic.

Jake
I can't keep track of who I am, sometimes I'm Cory, sometimes I'm
Angel Fish - on Yahoo answers I'm Darin - its nuts

days, with rest on the weekends.
> that's basically what i also have read about the running for
beginners. i've been running for 11 years now and i was running four
days a week up until now...now that i'm now in training for a half
marathon so i need to add another day. before i was running four days
a week, i was running six days....i actually got bored a lot because
that was a lot of running days. and everytime i got bored, i ended up
taking two or three months off before i start running again. ok,
maybe part of that was out of laziness and partially lack of motivation.
Wow, Anatasia, you must be in amazing shape. 11 years huh? That's
inspiring. I took a few months of from the gym May - August. Partly
from a broken heart & lost motivation, partly due to a run-in with a
punk, & partly 'cause it was sunny after work & we have a pool. But
I'm back baby - & feeling good! :-)
Congrats on the 1/2 marathon! You are to be commended!
Sorry if I didn't pick up on this, where are you living? I'm just
outside of Boston.
