jackie,
you have an awesome work out schedule. lots of fun things/exercises to
keep you working out hard and you'll never get bored. that is also cool
that you have an instructor for the upper and lower body work outs, and
the instructor does something every week.
running isn't for everything and i think it's a personal preference. i
can understand how some people may think it's boring. sometimes i have
problems with it and don't feel like running. but that's why a person
should find a work out, exercise, or sport that he/she likes. you are
more likely to stick with it because it's something you enjoy and like
doing.
