welcome to the group! everyone from all parts of the world and all
walks of life are welcomed here! i hope you enjoy your stay here. :)
other than spin class, what do you do for your lower body work outs? i
kinda need some ideas on that part of my body. i just recently (this
week) decided to run a half marathon (13.1 miles or 20.08 kilometers)
here in los angeles, ca and i just started training for it this week. i
don't go to the gym or own a personal one at home, but i can see what i
can do that is similar to your work out.
