What inspires or motivate you to work out?
- At 1st it was because I was in love with a younger woman, but now it
is because I like how my body is changing.
Do you get support from your friends and family?
- Somewhat, but I am mostly a self-motivated person. Don't get me
wrong,I've got a lazy side. I'm very disciplined during the week, but
on the weekends I totally chill.
Do you have a personal trainer?
- Nope. But that would be nice. Maybe if I get a big movie contract, huh.
Do you have a favorite tv show?
- Gray's Anatomy but only when they focus on relationships. Sorry, no
exercise shows. Occasionally I see a few minutes of something that
contributes to my knowledge base.
Do you read articles, blogs, etc about how well others do and their
successes?
- Nope. Well, sometimes while I'm waiting for an oil change or
haircut. Women's magazines seem to have the best articles, you know
with pilates & all. I even got my son to some pilates before bed.
Or are you able to inspire or motivate yourself and what do you do?

- Yes I am able to motivate myself. Looking in the mirror is
satisfying. Every week something new pops & that encourages me to
continue.
