I am Anastasia. Thank you all for joining the group. It is a pleasure
to have you here.
I am a runner and I have been running for eleven years. I originally
started running/working out in a p.e. class for law enforcement and
fire science at a junior college. This was my favorite class of all
and it was very challenging - mentally and physically - for me. Since
I'm no longer in the class and I don't enter races, I run for fun and
I try to run almost everyday. I also do resistant training six days a
week (two days upper body, two days abs/lower body, and two days lower
body), hike occasionally, and I have been in martial arts for twelve
years. I am currently a black belt and am still attending classes two
days a week.

- I'm 48. Been walking at lunch for 7 years. Joined Bally's in 1986 &
I've been better at going the past few years. Just started running 3
weeks ago & I can now do my 3 miles at lunchtime running instead of
walking. Do you think it's OK to run everyday? I read that some
suggest running every other day.
