hi members,
i saw this on the runner's world website <
http://www.runnersworld.com/>
about losing five pounds by running without having to go on a diet. i
think this can be done and it's possible, but it doesn't mean that you
are allowed to eat fast food, greasy, fattening foods and/or junkfood
all day. it can only work if your diet is already so-so (meaning it's
not bad, but also it's not the best or the healthiest).

also, if i can suggest another type of work out that can help you lose
weight without changing your diet, you can also take classes on tae bo
or kick boxing. i heard that since these classes are high energy and
plus with all the twisting that you have to do (from round house kicks,
punching, etc), the classes can also help you lose weight. you can also
have fun and learn something new while you're at it. i would suggest
that if you're new to those kinds of work out, you should attend classes
first to learn the moves correctly before renting/buying dvds to try at
home. it's better to get a direct interaction from the instructor and
learn the moves properly first than to find out that you've injured
yourself from doing something improperly. also, if you're having a bad
day, these classes can relieve your stress, frustrations and anger, so
that no one gets hurt or nothing gets broken.
have fun!
