i also prefer water....occassionally milk, but only with my
cereal/oatmeal and slimfast (powdered form). i actually don't know
about those other types of water that have vitamins and minerals
added like "vitamin water", or "k20 water". i heard that k20 water
(added protein) is not good. this was said by a personal trainer, but
he didn't say why it was bad. i personally think it's better just to
stick with plain water (add lemon juice for flavor if plain water is
too boring), and get your vitamins and minerals from foods and
multivitamin supplements.
