hi fellow members,
i saw this in a runner/running type book and thought it could be of
some use for some people here who didn't know. even though this came
from a running type book, don't let that confuse you. this can
actually apply to anyone and no matter what "sport" or exercise you
do. the book mentions this website for the people who wants to
incorporate more fruits and vegatables in season to incorporate into
their diet. what you eat can or cannot help you immensely during your
sport. no matter what your sport or exercise is, eating well will
help you perform better. if you eat "crap" or fattening foods like
fast food, you will feel fat and like crap. if you eat well, you will
feel well.
