I'm Dr. Jennifer Christian, founder and moderator of the Webility Work Fitness and Disability Roundtable.

Now more than 1100 members strong, this multi-disciplinary discussion e-group exchanges information and ideas about ways to prevent and minimize the disruptive impact of injury and illness on peoples’ daily lives, especially work, and to promote the health and productivity of the American workforce. Our special focus is improving functional outcomes in situations in which new injuries, illnesses, or the progress of chronic medical conditions have temporarily or permanently changed peoples’ ability to function in their "usual" way.

The WFD Roundtable is a moderated members-only discussion group for professionals involved in the medical and functional recovery of ill and injured employees. Active members of the Roundtable include physicians, psychologists, PTs, OTs, nurses, and other healthcare providers; case and claim managers; safety and risk managers; return-to-work coordinators; human resource professionals; vocational counselors; government regulators, union representatives, consultants, lawyers, journalists, etc.
