The Weston A Price Foundation challenges politically correct nutrition and the diet dictocrats, promoting wise traditions in food, farming and the healing arts.

We challenge, amongst other things, the belief that cholesterol and saturated fats are deadly toxins. We promote consumption of grass fed, organic or biodynamic animal products, and other nutrient dense foods, aiming to link consumers with local farmers and artisanal producers. We also promote many nourishing traditions that will vastly multiply the nutrition of vegans, vegetarians and others. Topics include fermented raw foods, the proper preparation of seeds, grains and legumes, the dangers of unfermented soy products and the benefits of raw dairy products.
