I see a few new or newer post on here most groups has no action. I am 58 as of
08/26. march 2008 I had a heart attack since then I have lost 108 lbs still
would like to loose 70 more which would put me 169 lbs.
I walk 3 miles a day work out with weights and exercises. watch what I eat
pretty much and hope to loose at least 35 of the 70 by christmas. Do Yall think
