Okay....my weigh in today was 153!! I lost the 3 pounds that I found last week from that wretched KFC incident!

I have truly never been less than 153 in almost 10 years. I usually get to this point and quit. Well not this time!!!!!!

I plan on seeing that 140 range (granted it may be 149 3/4) within the next 2 weeks!!!!!
