hi everyone:

i still have problems always "feeling" spiritual.  i read some meditations and other spiritual books in the morning before i start my day and i say the 3rd step prayer.  my sponsor is pretty agressive and her way of offering help seems different than mine.  she is more able to drop people who, in her opinion, aren't really asking for help.  i tend to tell people my experience in being recovered and constantly turning my will over to my higher power, God.  This has gotten me through many tough life situations.
