Praying for others some how clears my thinking toward them ; some how helps me to understand what I ought to do to help , some times I do nothing to help  being aware and having some kind of understanding is a massive improvement for the likes of me.

There are several prayers associated with specific
parts of the porgram -
the 3rd step prayer, the 7th step prayer, and
discussions about praying in
relation to 10th step, 11th step and so on.

And there are lots of good prayers.

Me I try to keep it simple. I try to say "They will
be done. What are we
doing today, God?"

But I don't mind reading other people's prayers.
