Similar to "I'm going back to my old behaviors". Of course if I'm
still doing them then they arent old are they?
I think that when we hear this type of talk, what we are really
hearing is an AA member who has not made the the Step Three
decision. If they had, there would have been a procees of change in
place. I know that little by slowly, (as measured in weeks, not
years)as I changed, I began to have Power in my life which ensured I
could not behave the same as I had.
But it is a process, a process GUARANTEED to work, but not if I
don't do the work. Those who live in their defects, may be in the
Fellowship, but are obviously not in The Program.
