Dear all....Nathan seems to have duplicate second teeth ? it seems that
we may have to face some sort of surgery to remove some of the teeth
and possibly end up wearing a brace to straighten the remaining
teeth....any comments welcome

Hi April Thanks for the info regarding Soto's...ya I do know all about Soto syndrome because going way back when Nathan was diagnose at 18m old we were told...
