Our granddaughter has been diagnost with Weavers syndrome. She is 12
years old is 6feet tall and weighs over 300lbs. She is very smart in
school. She is talented musically and shows an artistic talent. In the
next few weeks she is undergoing surgery to remove a cyst from inside
her gums that has ate bone away. She will also have 3 teeth removed at
the same time and having a titanium bar inserted to promote bone
growth. She is a very social child with her peers but is withdrawn when
in adult company. She also wears a 13 mens size shoes which make it
difficult to find anything on the feminine side. We are wondering if
there is someone out there or knows someone who would want to be a
penpal with her. Also we would like to get information on how to get in
touch with Dr. Weaver.
