The Western New York Practice Research Network is part of the New York State Practice Improve Collaborative (PIC), The PIC a state endorsed, provider-driven consortium of research and provider organizations committed to: improving clinical outcomes in alcohol and substance abuse treatment and prevention programs through the use of evidence-based practices; improving the conduct of research through practitioner involvement; and influencing policy as it effects research and practice at the local, state and national levels.
