We have a farm (220 acres) north of Tahlequah, OK and East of Tulsa.
We have a large family with seven kids of all ages helping to
homestead and raise some livestock. We have been raising chickens
ala Joel Salatin style in portable pens moved daily onto fresh
pasture. This is our last round for 2007, so if you need some
excellent natural chicken for the holidays come and get some.
The Fresh Chicken is ready this week! We have processed ~150 Monday
and Tuesday and will be processing the rest tomorrow and Friday. If
you want 'em fresh come and visit and pick up your chicken.
If you want frozen let me know.

It will be first come first serve and let me know any special
requests. The price will be same as last time $2.50 per pound.
Support your local family farms and enjoy the best chicken you've
ever tasted. Our oldest son, David, is running this chicken broiler
project. He moves these chickens onto fresh pasture every day and he
uses the best custom feed mix to provide an excellent product for
your dinner table.

Thanks, Mike Lawless and the rest of the Lawless family at Vita Bella
Ranch

We'll be glad to share some of our favorite roasting recipes. I hope
this doesn't sound like a commercial, but I'm running out of the
house to deliver some chickens right now...talk to you soon, Mike
