QUESTION #1 - Im looking into making the homemade Potassium Baking Powder described in "The Candida Albicans Yeast Free Cookbook" vs buying what I always buy...Rumford 5# aluminum free variety.
Rumford contains: Calcium Acid Phosphate, Bicarbonate of Soda, Corn Starch.
The book recipe contains: Arrowroot. Cream of tartar & Potassium Bicarb (pharmaceutical grade).
Any thoughts on this? Is it the cornstarch thats bad for candida?
