My grandfather, a long time rancher in Southeast Oklahoma, recently
suggested a book to me entitled "The Omnivore's Dilemma" by Michael
Pollan. If you have not picked up this book yet, please do. I am not
even a quarter of the way through it and it is already one of the best
books I've ever read.

My grandfather has been a long time believer of the effects of grass-
fed ruminant meat and dairy. This book builds on that belief. I
definitely suggest you try to pick up a copy from your local library or
bookstore.
