Along the same lines, some time back I ran across an email from a lady looking for someone to cook meals like this for her family in an individual arrangement. I love to cook, and would have loved to do something like that, but the timing wasn't right. I thought it would be a great arrangement between say a talented stay-at-home mom and a childless professional couple or between a homesteader with extra produce (but no enough to "market") and a city family.
