catherine, i would like to receive the dvd when available.  i only went to one meeting when the dvd was shown and i thought it was great.  the notes i took are getting a little ragged from all of the use i have given them.  so, please put me on your list.

i am also interested to know more about the dentist in tulsa that you mentioned - dr maxey?  if any of you know of a dentist that you would suggest - one with a holistic viewpoint.  lately, i have gotten so tired of struggling with my dentist regarding what i don't  want him to do.  he is not open to my desires (i.e. flouride etc) and i want to change dentists.  looking forward to hearing from you all.
