Hi fellow raw milk supporters,

I would like to invite you to DairyFest 2006! This year it will be
held on Tuesday, Sept. 19th from 6-9pm (or come and go as you like)
at the OSU Extension Office (4116 E. 15th St. at the fairgrounds) in
Tulsa. For those of you who have attended in the past, expect a
different feel to it this year. There will be tables set up around
the room so that you can get all the time you need out of any dairy
samples, information, or activities.

We will have samples of raw cows milk and goats milk, cows and goats
cheeses, and more. Plus lots of demonstrations such as how to make
butter, kefir, yogurt, cheese, etc. And you definitely won't want to
miss a real raw milk ice cream social!! Local dairy farmers will be
avaiable to share information about their products and about dairy
farming. Bring your taste buds, your questions, and your friends and
join us for DairyFest 2006 on Sept. 19th.
