The hanging weight is around 300 pounds, give or take 10 or so pounds. It is hard to have an EXACT amount until the animal is dead, and the hanging weight is measured...know what I mean?

I think this will give you a close-to-accurate weight to figure costs.

I have available a locally grown, grassfed half a bison/buffalo for
anyone interested.

You can have it cut anyway you choose.

The cost is $4.00 per pound.
