Well, I now have "whey" more whey than I can hope to use.
I just separated a fresh batch of curds for my son who loves eating
them with organic dill dip. I'd be happy to give the whey "a-Whey".
Didn't know if there was anyone who wants to use the whey as a
fermenting agent, but maybe doesn't buy raw milk.
Let me know in the next couple of days, please. I'll hold on to this
new batch til Friday.
