Here's a neat fact that I turned up about vinegar, which I didn't know previously:
"Dark balsamic vinegar is exceptionally rich in health-enhancing chemicals, such as bioflavonoids."

I use a lot of balsamic vinegar in a soup recipe that I like a lot. I had a hair analysis done about 4 months ago, and didn't show high up high in lead (tin was high, which is a mystery to me, but not lead..)
