Prather Ranch, organic, I believe 80% pastured, I am going to ask what exactly
that means. They also have ground bison 100% pastured now, so it might be
possible to try to order bison organ meat.

that apply to this group is which of you individuals I can buy this quality meat
on a regular basis. I would prefer to pick it up on every Sunday. I thought some
of you recieved stuff from organic pastures on a regular basis. I will only
consume raw animal flesh and I will not put any of it in the freezer. That is
why I want to purchase it all on a weekly basis.

I may go with the tongue instead but I would imagine muscle meat serves some
purpose to nutrition.

that is possible. Preferably locally, I live in Sacramento, CA. But I will buy
from a distance if the shipping is not too expensive. I look to be buying from a
supplier every week because I will not be freezing anything. It will set in the
fridge.

the Co-Op. Today I bought a frozen beef heart ($3/lb) and raw liver ($3.70/lb).
I asked them about purchasing other organs and also hooves (for stock) and they
said they can order them.
