I would prefer to pick it up on every Sunday. I thought some of you recieved stuff from organic pastures on a regular basis. I will only consume raw animal flesh and I will not put any of it in the freezer. That is why I want to purchase it all on a weekly basis.

But I will buy from a distance if the shipping is not too expensive. I look to be buying from a supplier every week because I will not be freezing anything. It will set in the fridge.

As stated in the sources file for the group, organ meats can be ordered from the Co-Op. Today I bought a frozen beef heart ($3/lb) and raw liver ($3.70/lb). I asked them about purchasing other organs and also hooves (for stock) and they said they can order them.
