Re: Sheep vs. Goat milk

We have 7 goats, and milk 2 of them. You are welcome to come over
and check them and their milk out. Have considered getting sheep,
but have our hands full w/ chickens, goats, and a young doggie. I
don't have experience w/ sheep's milk. I met some folks that have a
few sheep they are milking: http://www.weirauchfarms.com/weirauch/
Home.html

I suggest you spend a couple days working w/ goats and then a couple
days working w/ sheep, drink the milk, make some cheese. And see
what you like.

good luck,
Cathy
