Here is a list of different combination of supplements I will be taking every
month, tell me
what you think. What can I add or what should I subtract. I will be sharing my
diet plan
tommarow. I will be jogging an hour a week. I will be lifting weights an hour
a week with
the high intensity training routine. I will also practice calisthenics and
stretching or maybe
even yoga.
I will be drinking reverse osmosis re-mineralized water.
I am thinking about adding bakining soda to it to bring the ph up to 7.4. The
alalinity will
