Solano County Products?   Message List

Re: Solano County Products?

I just realized I should clarify, that when I said raw, I mostly meant
unprocessed, unpasteurized foods. I am eating probably 60% raw and 40%
cooked currently. I am not ready to try raw meat. The raw eggs are
grossing me out enough right now, they are so slimy. LOL! I also have
a mixed, whole grain hot cereal some mornings.

Thank you so much for your input and support. I do feel I am on the
way to recovery through all the nutrition and wonderful input. I just
read the article on "Mad as a Hatter: How to Avoid Toxic Metals and
Clear Them from the Body" in the recent edition of Wise Traditions. As
per their recommendation, I am going to try the food grade
diatomaceous earth product to detoxify, as I am heavy metal toxic
currently.

I feel so blessed to have the support and wisdom of many! Blessings to
you, Julianne

think that making a decision to eat good qualify food is a very good
one. Some people do better on lots of raw food than others. I've
heard some folks who have compromised digestion say that they do
better on lightly cooked foods than raw foods, at least until they can
regain some digestive energy. So see what kind of feedback your body
is giving you as you change your diet.

Goat milk is naturally homogenized, i.e., the cream stays in suspension and won't naturally separate. Check out local farmer's markets for raw honey. Just...
