"Raw Real Food" - a seminar sponsored by the Vacaville Library
featuring guest speakers Mark McAfee from Organic Pastures
(California's top raw milk producer) & Nigel Walker from Eat Well Farm
will be hosted at the Vacaville Town Square Library from 6:30 -
8:30pm, Tuesday 29th. Information will be available on what are the
choices in our area, where the markets are, when & how to get to them,
what's local & seasonal and why it's important to our health to eat
this way. The library will have displays of various books, tapes &
DVD's on Raw Real Food. The event is free and if you want to know how
to reduce your driving & your food budgets you can't afford to miss
this seminar.

Mark McAfee is an amazing person to listen to & the explanation about
raw milk doesn't get any better than what Mark tells! Nigel Walker
will be there to talk about his CSA program and there will be lots of
information on local sources for real food. It is by no means a
definitive seminar - there is so much scope in this topic. I'm so
excited that the Library thought that this was something worthwhile to
sponsor - depending on how well this night goes they are interested in
furthering these types of seminars!
