I went out to meet the "goat lady" today and ended up bringing home a
lovely sweet gallon (only $8!) of fresh goat's milk. She has plenty
(I have her details if anyone wants goat's milk from Vacaville)and so
I'm looking forward to getting fresh goat's milk each week. Now I'm
looking for recipes specific to goat's milk - any
recommendations/websites? or is it completely interchangeable with any
cow's milk recipe?
