Anyone interested to split this item, it is shown here at this link called Diana's Favorite at Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company.  One gets to have the blue cheese (yum, I bought this from Corti Bros. & it was scrumptious!!  For me, it was pure joy to have  finally real cheese!) and the cheddar cheese, all  made in our beautiful Point Reyes, CA.

And here is their Homepage...ah, doesn't it make you swoon to see cows & people?  Like Organic Pastures!  For me I get all fuzzy inside when I see animals & humans gather in harmony & peace during this season assisting us humans with our health.  OK, I am a sentimentalist...oh well, get used to it.  ;;) :x;)
