This group is for those interested in nutrient-dense, properly prepared foods as taught by the Weston A. Price Foundation (see www.westonaprice.org). The group is "headquartered" in southern middle TN, but those living elsewhere may benefit from it as well.

Notices of locally available grass-fed and organic foods will be posted as will announcements of learning opportunities such as DVD showings and nutrient-dense food preparation classes. When legislative issues affecting our food supply are up for votes, they will be discussed. Helpful books and other resources will be posted. And recipes are welcome, too!
