Who follow nutritional advice and dietary guidelines as outlined in the book "Nourishing Traditions" (NT) by Sally Fallon. Which is based on the research by the late Dr. Weston A. Price (WAP) author of "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration".

Basic prinicples of this lifestyle of eating is to eat what your great great grandmother would have ate, fresh off of the farm:
Nutrient dense foods from farm raised animals; free range meats, raw milk and cream, rich bone broth stocks.
The liberal consumption of saturated fats raw; butter, Virgin Coconut Oil.
Liberal amounts of live raw ferments that provide our digestive systems with beneficial microbes.
Soaking and sprouting of all grains in the diet.
Looking at foods individually and preparing them in ways best assimilated by the body. That can mean some raw, some steamed, some fermented.
This group is for a whole foods approach of healing, sharing ideas, information, and research with one another. As proper nutrition is the foundation of all healing. The nutrition principles discussed here are firmly WAP/NT ONLY.
