Our Next Chapter Meeting December 12th will be another food prep
class/demo. We will learn how to make cultured cabbage and fermented
salsa. I will be providing the raw ingredients and the jars, so please
bring a small amount of cash (to pay for the veggies) if you want to go
home with a jar of each. If you just want to watch and participate in
the making, it is free. As always children are welcome. There will be a
reminder sent out with the location (my house) and time. Let me know if
you plan on coming so I know how many veggies to buy. I hope you all
had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
