My coconut kefir and coconut pudding are ready.  They are delicious - I'm so excited! 
 
At the conference, someone mentioned that she makes her coconut kefir by using canned coconut water.  Do you know anything about this?  Also, could I use my canned coconut milk - maybe separate it first?

Yes, you can use canned coconut water, but not the canned coconut milk. They are 2 different things. Sometimes whole foods has the plain coconut water in...
