This will be an informal group meeting anyone can come to and ask diet
related questions or share ideas they have about traditional food
preparation and health. It will also serve as a place to meet and get
to know others that are interested in nourishing foods for themselves
and their families. We will also periodically have food demonstrations
at our meetings which will be announced in upcoming emails. At each
meeting I will be passing out a new recipe for you to take home and
try with your family or friends. As always children are welcome as
well as friends. This meeting will repeat on the second Wednesday of
every month.
